Get Familliar with Dashboard of a Blog

On Lesson 4 you will learn the dashboard of a blog explain one by one.

On the left side is the menu of your dashboard and from there you control all your blog.

  1. OVERVIEW: This is homepage of your blog site. You can see here some statistics about your blog.

  2. POSTS: Here you can create a new post for your blog, to add some images or videos, you can arrange       the text appearance and etc.

  3. PAGES: You can add or remove or rename your pages.

  4. COMMENTS: Here you can check the comments on your blog.

  5. GOOGLE+: To share your comment with google+ so your audience stay inform about your blog.

  6. STATS: Statistics about your blog and your audience.

  7. EARNINGS: To add your blog in Google adsense program and make some income from advertise.

  8. LAYOUT: To custom the basic structure of your blog.

  9. TEMPLATE: To customize your blog template, text appearance or edit  html.

10. SETTINGS: Settings about your blog.

Create a Post or Customize your Blog

Now on Lesson 5 we have 2 ways how to continue.

1st is to start posting on your blog

2nd to customize your blog.

Well i will start with the 2nd one . To Customize my Blog.

Choose your topic

This is the most important lesson.
You have to choose what you want to do with your blog.
You can choose anything you want, to promote your businnes, a hobbie, a sport, about your life, anything you want.
Make sure that the topic you will choose it will keep your audience in your blog!

Tip: Choose a topic that you know!

Afte you choose your topic then you can continue to Lesson 3

What you will need to start!

1. First thing you will need an email account or gmail
2. A blog account (www.blogger.com)
3. A google account adsense (www.google.com/adsense)

After you set up your accounts continue to Lesson 2

Ok You are ready to start!

After you have register to your accounts as we say on Lesson 1 now you can go to www.blogger.com to login so you can start creating your first blog.

After you are login follow the steps.

1. Create New  Blog

2. On the new window choose Title ( the name of your blog) and address (exp.  myfavoritefood) no spaces            no nothing . If the name is available then you can continue to choose your Template. If the address you  have choose is not available then you have to change the adress until is available.

3. Go to template choose a template ( You can change the template later so dont worry if  you dont like the template you have choose )

4. Click on the tap 'Create blog!'
